You deserve to feel heard
you are worthy of feeling better
When was the last time you invested in you?
It doesn’t have to feel like this
We care so much for others - our kids, our parents, our partners. Who’s taking care of us? It’s not selfish to take care of you and to prioritize your health and well-being. It is the idea of “putting your oxygen mask on first”. When you take care of yourself, it benefits those you care for - it makes you the best version of yourself for you and those you love.
Individual therapy is a form of self-care. Unlike couples or family therapy, individual therapy is solely focused on you. Be heard, be seen and be cared for. You (and your loved ones) will be better off for it.
“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.”

Individual Counseling
I work with people who find themselves feeling lost, anxious or depressed. If you’re in a place where things are not how you imagined, I offer a non-judgemental, empathetic and goal-oriented approach to counselling.
Common issues that are brought into therapy include anxiety, depression, major life transitions, trauma, grief, relationship issues, chronic pain, caregiver fatigue and more.
Couples Counseling
I use the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy to strengthen & improve relationships. I also support those who've made the difficult decision to separate to do so in a way that is respectful, kind, and strives to impart minimal damage to each other and/or children. I have extensive experience working with men to support them in fostering and maintaining healthy relationships.

A body-centred approach to healing that incorporates some or all of the following modalities: breathwork, movement, mindfulness, meditation, visualization and sensation awareness.
An integrative, body-oriented approach to emotional and psychological health.
These sessions utilizes somatic therapy techniques to support the regulation of the nervous system and the resolution of trauma-related symptoms. Grounded in neuroscience and informed by modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, sensorimotor psychotherapy, and polyvagal theory, this approach recognizes the body as a central component in processing and integrating emotional experiences.
Clients are guided through a structured process of body awareness, interoception (internal sensing), and mindful tracking of physical sensations associated with stress or trauma. The aim is to facilitate physiological self-regulation, increase resilience, and enhance overall emotional functioning.
This therapy may be appropriate for individuals experiencing symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, chronic pain or illness, or dissociation. Sessions are collaborative and paced according to the client’s capacity, ensuring a safe and contained therapeutic environment.
No prior experience with somatic modalities is required. Intake and treatment planning are conducted to tailor interventions to individual clinical goals.

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy designed to help people heal from the emotional distress caused by traumatic or overwhelming life experiences. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR works by helping the brain reprocess stuck memories so they can be stored in a more adaptive, less distressing way.
During an EMDR session, you'll be guided to briefly focus on a difficult memory while engaging in bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements, tapping, or auditory tones—which supports the brain’s natural healing process. This helps reduce the emotional charge of past events and allows new, more empowering beliefs to emerge.
EMDR is widely used to treat PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other trauma-related symptoms. It’s a structured, eight-phase approach that moves at your pace, with a strong emphasis on safety, stabilization, and resourcing before processing begins.
You don’t need to talk in detail about your trauma for EMDR to be effective. The process is collaborative and grounded in your comfort level every step of the way.
