Délia Bagi ~ Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Alexandra Amanzai ~ Nurse Practitioner (NP-PHC)
Meet Alexandra
I became a Nurse Practitioner to help address critical gaps in primary healthcare, focusing particularly on improving access to comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
With eight years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, I have provided care to patients across the lifespan in various complex healthcare settings, including the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Pediatrics, Medicine, Rehabilitation, and as a Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Nurse Examiner. These experiences have shaped my patient-centred, evidence-informed approach to care and strengthened my commitment to advocacy, clinical excellence, and holistic health promotion. In addition to clinical practice, I serve as a nursing professor, where I am dedicated to mentoring and educating future healthcare professionals.

If you are experiencing challenges with focus, attention, impulsivity, or hyperactivity, you may be wondering whether these symptoms could be related to Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD/ADD).
I offer comprehensive ADHD assessments for adolescents and adults, ages 13 yrs and older.
The goal of this assessment is to better understand the symptoms, rule out other possible causes, and provide a clear, evidence-based diagnosis with personalized recommendations for care and follow-up.

The assessment process includes:
A detailed clinical interview with you (and/or your family)
Structural 1 hour assessment targeting multiple categories assessing focus, attention, impulsivity, or hyperactivity
