Wednesday, January 28th and Wednesday, February 4th from 7:00-8:00 p.m. EST.

The workshop cost is $60 total. This includes all the workshop materials and 2 60 minute workshop meetings.

You will be provided with a receipt from a Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist for the two 60-minute sessions you attend. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to see whether coverage is available through your benefits plan.

No, this will be a workshop format. Workshops are educational in nature and designed to provide information, skills, and tools. They are not a substitute for psychotherapy and do not involve individualized assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. Therapy is a regulated health service that provides personalized, confidential care tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.

You will be given an opportunity to reflect on where you are at in life right now - with support to identify the challenges, struggles, and barriers that may be preventing you from living life the way you would like to.
We will use simple but effective tools such as questioning, evaluating and reflecting to identify where you are at and where you would like to be. We will then use structured and evidence based tools to help you formulate a plan for how to create balance your “wheel” to find optimal health and wellness - of both body and mind (Physiological and Psychological health).
