Bailey Toyota ~ Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Meet Bailey
What problems do you strive to overcome?
If your rough patch has been lasting a little too long, it can be overwhelming to even think about how you can get through it.
It can be helpful to have support to figure out what you need, and how to achieve those goals.
I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual’s needs, which is why I bring an integrative and adaptive approach. My priority will be to collaborate with you and use the techniques and approaches that best suit your unique needs and experiences.
Together, we will establish a safe environment to gain an understanding of any challenges or barriers so that we can approach them and work towards the life you want.
