Délia Bagi ~ Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Meet Délia

Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, unsure of how to handle life’s challenges, and overwhelmed by the sense that they “should” already have it figured out.

I guide clients with compassion, using a supportive and collaborative approach to help them cope with what life throws their way and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

My hope is that through our work together, clients can cultivate self-understanding and compassion, allowing them to move forward feeling more grounded and empowered.
