Dennis Harding ~ Social Worker, Psychotherapist (MSW) Intern
Meet Dennis
Sometimes life can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next. You may be struggling with changes, relationships, family dynamics, stress, or simply trying to make sense of experiences that have been difficult to navigate on your own. Taking that first step toward therapy can feel challenging, but you don't have to figure everything out by yourself.
In therapy, I help you explore your experiences, understand the story you have been carrying, and identify the strengths and possibilities that may be difficult to see when you're feeling overwhelmed. I believe you are the author of your own story, and my role is not to tell you what your story should look like, but to walk alongside you as you explore where you've been, where you are now, and where you want to go.
I take a holistic, strengths-based approach that considers the many parts of your life that influence your well-being. Together, we can identify what is getting in the way, build on the strengths you already have, and develop practical strategies that feel realistic and meaningful for you.
My goal is to create a warm, open, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and sharing your story at your own pace. Through our work together, I hope you will develop a greater understanding of yourself, feel more confident navigating life's challenges, recognize your own strengths, and feel better equipped to move forward with greater clarity, connection, and purpose.
