Meet Nika
Sometimes, we know we want something to feel different, but we’re not quite sure what needs to change. You might be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in familiar patterns, or finding it difficult to navigate what life is asking of you right now.
Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or a life transition, therapy can offer the space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and consider what you want moving forward.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centred, creating space for your story, experiences, values, and goals. Together, we can explore life’s challenges, develop meaningful tools, and deepen your self-awareness at a pace that feels right for you.
My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood, while supporting you in feeling more grounded, resilient, and empowered in your everyday life.

What brings you a sense of ease?
“I’ve always been someone who enjoys a mix of adventure and quiet moments. I love travelling and spending time in nature, but I also really appreciate a slow afternoon with a good book, a new recipe to try, or time spent trying out a new craft. Whether it’s live music, good food, or spending time with the people I love, these are the moments that bring me a sense of joy and help me feel recharged. ”
