Noor Nasr ~ Social Worker, Psychotherapist (MSW) Intern
Meet Noor
Therapy as a whole can seem really intimidating. Perhaps it’s not knowing what to expect, or simply the belief that therapy can’t or won’t help you.
Whether you’re used to overthinking and analyzing or frequently find yourself trying to ‘shut off’ your brain. The ways you think, react, and protect yourself, likely made complete sense at some point, but they might not be serving you anymore.
I take a holistic and integrated approach that draws from different therapeutic techniques and provide a space for reflection and exploration to identify your strengths and motivators. Together, we’ll work together to make daily life feel more sustainable.
Collaboratively, we will create a therapeutic space which welcomes each and every part of you.
