Selina is a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student at Yorkville University, dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible mental health care. She has experience supporting individuals living with OCD, anxiety, and depression through Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MBCT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy groups.
