Amy Bartja ~ Social Worker, Psychotherapist (MSW) Intern

Meet Amy

Some clients may struggle to feel seen, validated, and supported. They may doubt their own experiences, feel shame asking for help, or worry about being a burden.

I take a trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative approach that honours each persons’ lived experience. I focus on building safety, trust, and gentle empowerment, meeting clients where they are while supporting their capacity for healing, self-understanding, and change.

My goal is for clients to feel deeply heard, supported, and equipped with tools to navigate challenges with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence. Together, we will move at a pace that feels safe and meaningful for you.
