ONLINE THERAPY ACROSS ONTARIO | IN PERSON THERAPY IN MISSISSAUGA
Nabeela Marzook, Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist (MSW, RSW)
Meet Nabeela
Welcome, if you’ve landed here, you’re contemplating taking the first steps in personal growth, self-development, and discovering more about yourself. As exciting as this step may be, it can come with feelings of worry, fear, and uncertainty.
Therapy has become an accessible tool, but with that comes questions and concerns about how it works and if it really works. This is where I, and other highly trained professionals, can step in to help you navigate this new journey and walk alongside you every step of the way.
In my clinical practice, I utilize a holistic and individualistic approach. I deeply believe that this approach creates a sacred space for an individual’s unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy. In my experience, this is what creates the path for personal growth and evolution.
I am a warm, direct, and collaborative professional who exercises excellent listening skills and a deep sense of empathy. I have a profound passion for helping guide individuals in identifying the strengths they have within themselves to help curate a more purposeful and healthy life. I support individuals in their healing journey, by encouraging them to nurture the inner spirit within and to honour themselves first and foremost.
